Bicycle Bash Hopes to Bring Safety Issues to Light

By Los Angeles Personal Injury Lawyer on November 8, 2011

A recent Bicycle Bash promoted bike safety to all of its participants, according to recent reports from various news sources. Since a young woman lost her mother to a fatal bicycle versus vehicle accident, her life’s work has been making sure bike safety is spread and well publicized so all drivers out there take responsibility for their safety and the safety of others who are sharing the road with them.

Unlike most bicycle events, the Bicycle Bash doesn’t hope to promote bike riding; it hopes to bring safety issues to light in a fun way. The woman whose mother was killed while riding her bike allegedly believes that her story can bring people to understand her mission. Turning the terrible accident into something positive and that will bring awareness to the major public is worth the hard work.

As a Los Angeles personal injury lawyer I urge all drivers to be especially aware of bikers while speeding down any road. It’s our responsibility to keep roads safe for others and ourselves.

Personal injury lawyers can be of great assistance when dealing with a bicycle versus vehicle accident, don’t delay to call if necessary.
