According to news sources, a recall has been issued for about 4,296 Chevy Sonic vehicles after it was discovered that the recalled vehicles may have missing front brake pads, posing a potentially significant deterioration of the brake system as a result.
The company, General Motors, announced the recall after it was found that the recalled vehicles may be missing either the inner or outer front brake pad. The missing brake pads can result in decreased performance of the vehicles brake system, posing an increased risk of crashing.
