According to news sources, a recall has been issued for about 8,376 cartons of Hill Country Fare Brand Lasagna Dinner due to the product containing an undeclared soy ingredient.
The company, Glister-Mary Lee Corp., announced the recall as a result of the undeclared soy allergen found in the recalled product. The problem was found after the discovery of a Creamy Noodle Tuna Dinner seasoning was found in the recalled product, instead of the correct Lasagna flavored seasoning. The Tuna Dinner seasoning includes the soy ingredient which is not identified on the product label. The recalled product has UPC 41220-78102 and Best By date 21/12/18.
Consumers should return the product to the point of purchase for a full refund or contact the company at 618-826-2361 ext. 3283 for additional information.
