The company, D’Orazio Foods Inc, issued the voluntary recall after the Jewel brand frozen stuffed pasta products were produced at a time when no federal inspectors were on site, which is required. The recalled products are the sausage ravioli and the beef ravioli, both of which come in 25-ounce poly bags. The recalled pasta products have a Best By date of “12/01/11″ through “12/01/12″ and a number Est. 20146 that can be found inside the USDA mark of inspection.
